How do we set a full-service project’s budget?
Simply: Together. We never start a project without agreeing on a budget. In our first phone conversation, we’ll talk over your initial budget estimates. If you are unsure what your budget is, that’s ok! We can walk you through some simple questions to set a reasonable range and have a more in-depth budget discussion at our initial on-site consultation (which is always complimentary). Once we’ve agreed on the project’s scope and budget, we ask for a good-faith, upfront retainer to begin design work; the retainer will be applied to the products you purchase for your final interior design. (If the project is cancelled before purchasing begins, the retainer is nonrefundable.)
